First introduced to the global market in 1997, the Cross Country lineup represents Volvo Cars' unique segment, developed to deliver outstanding performance and the comfort drivers expect, even in Sweden's harsh winters and rugged terrain.

The EX30 is a five-seater SUV featuring high ground clearance, a robust and distinctive exterior design, and an all-wheel drive (AWD) system. It is equipped with a powerful twin-motor setup that accelerates from a standstill to 100 km/h in just 3.7 seconds.

The front and trunk lid feature a black shield design, creating a unique atmosphere. Notably, the front shield is engraved with the topography and the longitude and latitude coordinates of the Kebnekaise Mountains in Abisko, northern Sweden. The exterior is available in four colors inspired by Nordic nature: Vapor Grey, Cloud Blue, Crystal White, and Onyx Black.

The interior design adopts the "Pine Room" theme, inspired by the pine and fir leaves of Scandinavian forests. Natural materials are used to create a modern yet cozy ambiance, including a wool blend made from wool and recycled polyester, and Nordico, a bio-based material made from pine oil.

The EX30 is offered in a single twin-motor performance trim that combines a 5:5 weight distribution, a 66 kWh nickel-cobalt-manganese (NCM) battery, two motors, and an all-wheel drive (AWD) system. It delivers a maximum motor output of 428 horsepower and a peak torque of 55.4 kg.m, and supports one-pedal driving with three selectable modes.

The driving range per charge is 329 km based on the combined standard (Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy standard), and with rapid DC charging up to 153 kW, the battery can be charged from 10% to 80% in approximately 28 minutes.

Volvo's advanced "Safety Space Technology" is also provided as standard. Five radars, five cameras, and twelve ultrasonic sensors work together to protect not only the driver and passengers but also others on the road.

Additional benefits included as standard are: a five-year or 100,000 km general parts warranty and consumables replacement service, an eight-year or 160,000 km high-voltage battery warranty, 15 years of free over-the-air (OTA) updates, and a five-year digital service package subscription.
