On September 2, Allganize announced that it is offering a free trial of "Ali-SaaS," the software-as-a-service version of its large language model (LLM)-based work automation solution "Ali." Users can easily sign up using their company email accounts without any separate system setup and use the service for free for two weeks.

Ali consists of "Ali Works" for users and "Ali Dashboard" for administrators. Through the user-friendly interface of Ali Works, users can interact with artificial intelligence (AI), while Ali Dashboard allows them to directly create applications optimized for specific industries and work tasks. The app creation process is designed so that even users without development knowledge can build applications themselves.

The core feature of Ali-SaaS is that its "Deep Research" function, which enables internal document-based search and web information exploration, can be used on a single platform without installation. Users can receive answers based on information within documents, and if external information is needed, real-time web search is also available.

Deep Research results can be downloaded as files such as PDF or Word, along with summaries and sources, and can be immediately utilized across various work processes. This is especially useful in corporate environments that require processing large volumes of documents. Additionally, instead of charging per user, Ali-SaaS adopts a pay-as-you-go model based on usage, reducing cost burdens.

Ali-SaaS also provides permission management features that allow detailed segmentation of accessible documents by user or team. Document access rights can be set by position or department, protecting sensitive corporate data while enabling efficient collaboration among only the necessary personnel.

The free trial version allows up to 20 users to verify the actual work collaboration environment. The Deep Research function can be used up to three times per account during the trial. When upgrading to a paid plan, the Deep Research feature is expanded according to credits, and additional features such as API calls and SSO integration are provided. Meanwhile, Allganize currently supplies the Ali solution to more than 300 corporate clients in South Korea, the United States, and Japan.
