Cheese Ple, which started in Yeonnam-dong, Seoul and has entered major department stores nationwide such as Daejeon Shinsegae, opened a popup on the B1 floor of the main building at Gwangju Shinsegae on this day to welcome customers.

The signature menu items include Cheese Ple, which blends cheese and vanilla bean; Chocole, which contains dark chocolate; Deep Foret, which features Kyoto Uji matcha from Japan; and Brulee, which is seared on the outside.

Cheese Ple is sold at 19,000 won for a box of four and 35,000 won for a box of eight. Customers can also mix different flavors with the basic Cheese Ple if they wish. The cakes can be stored for up to three days when refrigerated, and up to one week when frozen.

The "Mini Mocha Bun" popup also opened for customers on the same day.

The Mini Mocha Bun, available on the B1 floor of the main building at Gwangju Shinsegae, is popular for its crispy exterior and moist interior filled with milk cream, offering a delightful contrast in texture.
