The Incheon Chamber of Commerce and Industry announced on August 27 that it has established a customized bidding information system for local companies, supported by the Incheon city budget.
This system provides tailored public bidding information-including goods, services, and construction projects-to companies in Incheon. It also enables efficient information searches through features such as setting areas of interest, keyword searches, and notification services.
The Incheon Chamber of Commerce and Industry plans to hold an "Integrated Briefing Session on Public Procurement Consulting Projects and the Customized Bidding Information System for Companies" on September 1 at the main auditorium of the Chamber Hall located in the Namdong National Industrial Complex. The session will introduce the main functions and usage methods of the bidding information system, along with an explanation of the public procurement consulting project and practical training on public procurement procedures.
Through public procurement market entry consulting, the Incheon Chamber of Commerce and Industry enhances the practical capabilities of companies with limited bidding experience by providing preliminary demand surveys, analysis of bid announcements, guidance on electronic bidding procedures, and support for preparing key documents.
In addition, through customized procurement consulting, the Chamber offers close support tailored to the characteristics of each company, enabling them to utilize various programs such as Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) registration, Venture Nara registration, and designation of excellent and innovative products. Post-consulting management is also provided to help companies enter the procurement market stably.
An official from the Incheon Chamber of Commerce and Industry stated, "As the public procurement market expands, we expect that the new system will help increase the participation rate of Incheon companies in the procurement market and contribute to securing stable sales channels."
