Obzen to Host AI Seminar: "The Era of New Customer Experience, Agent AI X CRM"

Obzen, a company specializing in AI data platforms (co-CEOs Jeon Bae-moon and Yoo Yong-hee), announced on August 26 that it will host a client seminar on September 24 at the Korea Enterprises Federation (formerly the Federation of Korean Industries), under the theme "The Era of New Customer Experience: Agent AI X CRM."


Recently, the core focus of corporate marketing has shifted to sophisticated customer journey analysis and the delivery of personalized experiences in digital environments. In particular, as a new phase emerges with the convergence of generative AI and work innovation, there is growing interest in how the industry is responding. This seminar aims to specifically illustrate how AI can be applied to drive innovation in customer experience in line with these trends.


At this event, Obzen will highlight its data analytics solutions and AI-based marketing innovation case studies. The company has expanded its technological capabilities from traditional marketing automation solutions to an integrated platform that encompasses the entire process of data collection, analysis, and utilization.


The upcoming Obzen AI seminar will mainly focus on demonstrations in two key areas.


The first area will introduce AI customer journey analysis based on the widely adopted "obzen DataAnalytics" product and "AI onCMS." By leveraging AI agents to track and predict the entire process from the moment a customer becomes aware of a brand, through exploration, purchase, churn, and re-engagement, companies can understand customer context, provide personalized experiences at each stage, and detect early signs of churn to simultaneously increase loyalty and marketing efficiency.


The second area will demonstrate campaign auto-generation through marketing trend analysis and past campaign searches, targeting and analysis using natural language, and AI agents that integrate with existing collaboration tools. The AI agent showcased by Obzen is not limited to simple natural language processing; it acts as a "digital colleague" that automates repetitive marketing work such as campaign planning, targeting, and performance analysis, and supports decision-making based on real-time data. This enables companies to respond quickly to changing customer behaviors, enhance cross-departmental collaboration efficiency, and deliver hyper-personalized experiences at the individual customer level.


As AI evolves beyond a simple automation tool into an AI agent, it is establishing itself as a core technology that simultaneously drives work efficiency and customer experience innovation. Accordingly, there is growing interest across the industry in the adoption and utilization strategies of AI agents.
