'Jehamgi' is a device that automatically folds packaging boxes, inserts products, and handles packing and label attachment. It is expected to reduce labor requirements by about 70% compared to manual work. This introduction was carried out as a pilot project using the budget from a public contest project by the Jeonnam Agricultural Research and Extension Services.
Gangjin County is working to establish an automation infrastructure to expand direct transactions. Chun Manil, CEO of Ttangsim Flower Agricultural Cooperative Corporation, said, "The packaging process time will be drastically reduced." Governor Kang Jinwon stated, "We will reduce the labor burden and promote the expansion of direct transactions."
