The complex will be built at 53-28 Dohwa-dong, Michuhol-gu, Incheon, consisting of 7 buildings with 2 basement levels and up to 39 floors above ground. It will offer a total of 660 units with exclusive areas ranging from 39 to 123 square meters. Of these, 412 units will be available for general sale. The development will feature mid- to small-sized units of 59, 74, and 84 square meters, which are highly preferred by end users. A variety of community facilities, including a sky lounge, storage rooms, guest houses, and a fitness center, are also planned.

'Doosan We've The Central Dohwa' is located in the original downtown area of Incheon, which boasts a well-established living infrastructure. Residents will benefit from both convenient transportation and an excellent residential environment. By using Dohwa Station on Line 1, it is possible to travel directly to major areas of Seoul, such as Guro, Yongsan, Seoul Station, and Jongno, without transfers. By transferring to the express commuter train at Juan Station, Yongsan Station can be reached in about 35 minutes. Incheon Subway Line 2's Juan National Industrial Complex Station also provides easy access to the central and southwestern areas of Incheon. In the future, the opening of the GTX-B line is expected to further enhance metropolitan accessibility via Incheon City Hall Station.

The complex is close to the Gyeongin Expressway and the Second Capital Region Ring Expressway, making it convenient to reach Mok-dong, Yeouido, and City Hall in Seoul via Dohwa and Gajwa Interchanges. In addition, the Second Gyeongin Expressway and National Route 42 provide easy access to Siheung and Ansan. The location also offers excellent proximity to workplaces. Major companies such as Hyundai Steel, Dongkuk Steel, and Hyundai Infracore are nearby, as well as various industrial complexes including Incheon Machinery Industrial Complex, Incheon Regional Industrial Complex, and Juan National Industrial Complex, ensuring a steady demand from the workforce.

Nearby schools include Seohwa Elementary School, Incheon DaeHwa Elementary School, Inhwa Girls' Middle School, Seonin Middle School, and Seonin High School. Cheongwoon University Incheon Campus is also within walking distance. The complex is close to Ssukgol Children's Park and Children's Traffic Park. In addition, large supermarkets such as Emart Traders and Homeplus, as well as medical facilities including Incheon Metropolitan Medical Center and Incheon Baek Hospital, are located nearby. Leisure options are abundant, with cultural facilities such as Alleyway Incheon and CGV also in the vicinity.

The Dohwa-dong area of Incheon is undergoing various development projects, including redevelopment initiatives. Last month, Incheon Urban Corporation introduced the country's first REITs (Real Estate Investment Trusts) approach to the Jeomulpo Station North Urban Public Housing Complex Project. This project aims to construct 13 public housing buildings and 5 neighborhood living facilities, with completion targeted for 2031.

A representative of the sales team stated, "As industrial and residential development converges in this well-established urban area, expectations for future value are rising. There has already been significant interest even before the official sales launch, and we will do our best to ensure that the complex becomes a landmark representing the region."
