On August 22, the Gwangju Employers Federation announced that it had invited Kim Seungnam, founder of Job Korea, to deliver a special lecture titled "There Is an Invisible Force" at the 1695th Friday Breakfast Forum.

The lecture was organized in the following order: ▲ 60 Years of Change Unfolded in a Dream ▲ The Invisible Force Is Everywhere ▲ To Live an Energetic Life, Enjoy Your Passion ▲ To Live an Energetic Life, The More You Give, the More You Gain ▲ To Live an Energetic Life, Networking Is a Powerful Force ▲ The Measure of Good Success Is Values.

Chairman Kim currently serves as the chairman of Job Korea and chairman of the Joeun Cultural Foundation. He has previously held positions as chairman of Joeun System, Safeone, Joeun INS, Job Korea, and the Korea Orientation Federation. He also served as the president of People to People International (PTPI) Korea and as a non-standing member of the National Emergency Planning Committee.

His published works include "There Is an Invisible Force" and "Good Success." On this day, even at an age surpassing 80 years since Korea's liberation, he donated his books to younger entrepreneurs and emphasized the importance of mentorship in business management.

Yang Jinseok, chairman of the Gwangju Employers Federation, said, "I was truly surprised by the exemplary case of a senior entrepreneur who, after selling Job Korea and founding another company, shared half of the profits with his employees, making many of them billionaires. Even now, he continues to devote himself to social service and contribution, reads many books, and is generous to everyone he meets. I deeply respect his way of life."
