LG Electronics will open 'Flagship D5,' a space to showcase products and brand experiences, on the 21st.
LG Electronics Flagship D5 was created by completely renovating the existing LG Electronics Best Shop Gangnam Main Store in Gangnam-gu, Seoul. The site covers a total floor area of approximately 2,700 square meters and spans five floors above ground. The first floor serves as a customer reception area, the second to fourth floors are dedicated to product experience zones, and the fifth floor is a brand experience space.
This flagship store is both LG Electronics' leading offline retail space and an iconic venue embodying the brand experience. The name 'D5' stands for 'Dimension5,' signifying the company's commitment to providing customers with a new dimension of brand experience.

The first floor is designed as a welcoming space for customers, where they can enjoy art created with LG Electronics' OLED (Organic Light Emitting Diode) technology while waiting for consultations. On the large transparent OLED-based digital wall, works of contemporary Korean art sponsored by LG Electronics are on display. Various pieces, including the late artist Kim Chang-yeul's representative work 'The Man Who Paints Water Drops,' are featured.
The second floor is an experience zone for LG Electronics' TV, AV (audio), and IT (information technology) products. In the Picture and Sound Experience Zone, visitors can compare the picture quality and sound of OLED TVs and LG CineBeam projectors while relaxing on comfortable sofas. In the LG Gram Zone, guests can try out ultra-lightweight premium laptops and on-device AI (artificial intelligence) solutions firsthand.
The third floor is dedicated to home, kitchen, and air care appliances. The Tromm Zone features a transparent OLED display presenting the 'AI DD Motor,' which automatically adjusts washing and drying strength according to laundry characteristics, along with 6 Motion technology. The Dios Zone allows visitors to compare and combine refrigerators tailored to various kitchen environments and lifestyles. In the Whisen Zone, the internal structure of air conditioners is disassembled to visually demonstrate airflow and purification processes, showcasing LG Electronics' core component technology and AI-based 'CoreTech.'

The fourth floor is designed as a showroom for the ultra-premium built-in kitchen appliance brand 'Signature Kitchen Suite' and the space interior appliance line 'Objet Collection.' By recreating actual living rooms, kitchens, and dressing rooms, the showroom proposes harmony between appliances and interior design. A dedicated consultation zone provides personalized purchase consultations.
The fifth floor features the Heritage Lounge and Vision Hall, reflecting the history and vision of LG Electronics. In the Heritage Lounge, visitors can watch videos tracing the company's journey from the founding of Goldstar in 1958 to the present while enjoying refreshments. The Vision Hall presents LG Electronics' vision and media art, including representations of the sea, the Milky Way, and stained glass, using transparent OLED sculptures.
The building's exterior uses white terracotta cladding, which subtly glows in natural daylight and creates a dynamic atmosphere at night with media facade displays. The expansive glass front maximizes openness, allowing a full view of the large signage extending from the first to the fifth floor inside.
LG Electronics plans to operate this flagship as a hub not only for the premium consumer base in the Gangnam area but also for YG (Young Generation) customers who value brand experiences. Furthermore, the company intends to utilize it as a key channel to promote LG Electronics' technological prowess and brand value to global customers.
