Theme: "K-Developer: Designing the Next 100 Years"
Envisioning the Future of Real Estate, Urban, and Architectural Sectors
The Korea Real Estate Development Association announced on the 19th that it will hold the "KODA Spaitshu Contest" for university students to mark its 20th anniversary.
The theme of this contest is "K-Developer: Designing the Next 100 Years," with the aim of encouraging the next generation of talent in the real estate, urban, and architectural sectors to envision the future of the industry with creative perspectives.
Any student currently enrolled at a university, including those on leave of absence, may participate either individually or as a team of up to four members.
The grand prize-winning team will receive 2 million won, the top excellence award-winning team will receive 1 million won, and two teams will each receive 500,000 won for the excellence award.
The winning entries will be announced in early November and published in the Korea Real Estate Development Association’s quarterly magazine "KODA Spaitshu" in the fourth quarter issue of 2025.
Applications must be submitted by email by the 12th of next month. Further details are available on the association’s website.
Association President Kim Seungbae said, "The creative and innovative perspectives of the younger generation will serve as the foundation for shaping the identity and future of the 'K-Developer'," and encouraged active participation.
