This program was designed to help children with a history of abuse regain emotional stability and confidence through healthy physical activities. The lessons were conducted by a professional ice skating instructor at the Uijeongbu Indoor Ice Rink, providing a professional and safe environment.

An official from one of the participating organizations said, "At first, the children were afraid on the ice, but it was moving to see them gradually smile and skate across the rink. Physical activity had a positive impact on the children's emotional recovery."

Kim Yongseok, President of Uijeongbu Urban Corporation, stated, "We prepared this program with the hope that the ice rink would become more than just a sports facility, serving as a space for healing and recovery for children and the local community. We will continue to offer a variety of programs for socially disadvantaged groups in the future."
