LG Electronics Provides Additional Benefits Through Various Promotions
Samsung Electronics and LG Electronics announced on August 14 that, following the opening of applications for the 'Top Efficiency Home Appliance Rebate Program' on August 13, they are strengthening customer guidance and running various promotional events offering diverse benefits.
The Top Efficiency Appliance Program is a government initiative that reimburses consumers 10% of the purchase price when they buy home appliances with the highest energy efficiency rating. The program was established to encourage the purchase of high-efficiency products and to support energy conservation.

Samsung Electronics is offering up to an additional 10% benefit when customers purchase top efficiency home appliances at Samsung Store locations and on Samsung.com. Customers can apply for the rebate through a dedicated online page that opened on August 13, and rebates will be issued sequentially starting August 20.
Additionally, to assist consumers who may find the rebate application process challenging, Samsung Electronics is providing one-on-one personalized consultations at Samsung Store locations nationwide, thereby enhancing customer convenience and accessibility. Through these consultations, customers can receive detailed guidance on every step of the rebate process, including eligibility checks, photographing the energy efficiency label and product nameplate, preparing required documents, and instructions for online application.
Moreover, Samsung.com offers detailed information on the application process, and through the 'Easy Document Issuance Service,' customers can quickly and conveniently obtain the purchase receipt and transaction statement required for the rebate application.

LG Electronics is also providing additional benefits through various events. At LG Best Shop locations, the 'LG Best Week' promotion is running until August 18, offering coupon packs that provide up to KRW 1.1 million in discounts or membership points for 18 product categories, including air conditioners and refrigerators.
During the 'E-Circulation Festival,' customers who purchase or subscribe to models certified as E-Circulation Excellent Products will receive a rebate of 10% of the product price (up to KRW 50,000 per product) in Naver Pay or Kakao Pay points. In the online brand shop, customers purchasing top efficiency appliances can receive discount coupons worth up to KRW 500,000.
