126 Players to Compete Over Four Days Starting October 23
Last Year's Champion An Byeonghun Set to Defend His Title
The Genesis Championship, co-hosted by the Korea Professional Golfers' Association (KPGA) Tour and the DP World Tour, will be held at Cheonan Woojeong Hills CC in South Chungcheong Province, with a total prize fund of $4 million.

On August 13, KPGA Chairman Kim Wonseop said, "We are very pleased to host the Genesis Championship at Woojeong Hills CC this year. I am confident that this year's tournament will be even more successful, as players representing both the KPGA Tour and the DP World Tour will deliver world-class performances."
This year's Genesis Championship will take place over four days, from October 23. A total of 126 players will compete, including 36 from the KPGA Tour and 90 from the DP World Tour.
Last year's champion, An Byeonghun, has also confirmed his participation. An said, "Winning in front of Korean fans last year was a special experience, and it was even more meaningful because my family was able to witness the victory at the tournament. I am very much looking forward to returning to Korea this year to defend my Genesis Championship title."
