The detention center meal plan for Kim Gunhee, wife of former President Yoon Sukyeol, who has been detained on charges including the Deutsche Motors stock manipulation case and the nomination interference case involving Myung Taegyun, is drawing public attention.

According to the August weekly meal menu at Seoul Nambu Detention Center on the 13th, Kim's first breakfast consists of white bread, strawberry jam, milk, krill frank sausage, and a vegetable salad. For lunch, she is served pork kimchi stew, sweet and sour dumplings, stir-fried zucchini with shrimp sauce, and young radish kimchi. Dinner includes cold cucumber soup, seasoned vegetables, fried egg, and young summer radish kimchi.

The cost per meal, including security expenses, is reportedly around 1,733 won. Previously, former President Yoon, who was also detained, was served steamed potatoes, mini cheese bread, salt, mixed nuts, and processed milk for his first meal. When he was detained in January, his meal included cereal, a boiled egg, nuts, and milk.

With Kim Gunhee's arrest warrant issued late last night, she and former President Yoon Sukyeol have become the first former presidential couple in the nation's constitutional history to be detained at the same time, marking a historic disgrace. Former President Yoon has been held at Seoul Detention Center since July 10, following his arrest by the special investigation team for insurrection.

The special audit team led by Min Jungki has announced its intention to accelerate its investigation into the more than ten charges against Kim Gunhee, aiming to fully uncover the allegations of government corruption. In her final statement in court the previous day, Kim said, "I am distressed that issues from before my marriage are still being brought up," and added, "I respectfully ask the judge to make a fair judgment."
