Woori Bank Makes It Easy to Check Retirement Pension Status with "Woori Pension Letter"

On August 11, Woori Bank announced the launch of "Woori Pension Letter," a smart notification service utilizing Kakao Notification Talk to help customers efficiently manage their retirement pension assets.

"Woori Pension Letter," provided through the smart notification service, allows customers to conveniently check the status of their retirement pension assets via Kakao Notification Talk without installing the Woori WON Banking app. Customers can access the service through a simple authentication process by entering their date of birth. The letter consists of "This Month's Check" and "Earnings and Management Information."

First, "This Month's Check" provides five types of personalized notifications for customers: automatic transfers, product maturity, notification of scheduled deposits, management of cash-equivalent assets, and default option guidance. It also offers a summary of monthly transaction history. In particular, customer-specific notifications are linked to Woori WON Banking, allowing users to easily extend automatic transfers, reserve product maturity, and change their holdings.

In addition, "Earnings and Management Information" visually displays trends in rate of return and the current status of asset management through graphs, offering customers an intuitive overview of their pension assets.

A Woori Bank representative stated, "We have introduced a personalized notification service that allows customers to easily check the status of their assets so they can efficiently manage the rate of return on their retirement pensions," and added, "We will continue to strive to enhance the returns on customers' valuable retirement pension assets through a variety of products and services."
