Jin Air Recruiting New Cabin Crew Members... Applications Open Until August 17

Jin Air announced on August 11 that it will conduct its new cabin crew recruitment for the second half of this year through an 'open recruitment' system, which does not impose restrictions on age, major, gender, or height.


Applicants must be graduates or expected graduates, have corrected vision of 1.0 or higher, and have no disqualifications for overseas travel. In addition, an official language proficiency score is required: a TOEIC score of 550 or higher, TOEIC Speaking IM1 or higher, or OPIc IM or higher. Those who are proficient in foreign languages such as English, Japanese, or Chinese, as well as those who have achieved a high grade in the 'National Physical Fitness 100' program conducted by the Korea Sports Promotion Foundation, will be given preference.


The recruitment process will proceed as follows: after receiving applications until August 17, it will consist of a document screening, video interview, first interview, online competency test, second interview, and physical examination. Final candidates are scheduled to join the company in October.

Meanwhile, Jin Air will participate in the '2025 Recruiting Company X Youth Meet-Up Event' hosted by the Korea Aviation Association on August 13. This event, held at the Seoul Startup Hub in Magok-dong, Gangseo-gu, Seoul, is aimed at young job seekers and will be conducted in the form of a recruitment briefing session and a talk concert with current employees. Current employees from various positions, including cabin crew, flight crew, aircraft maintenance engineers, and flight operations managers, will participate to provide job seekers with direct opportunities to resolve their questions. On-site participation is available on a first-come, first-served basis, and the event will also be broadcast live on the Korea Aviation Association's YouTube channel.
