Large-Scale Recruitment in Development, Security, and Project Management Fields
Nol Universe is launching a large-scale recruitment drive for tech talent.
On August 7, Nol Universe announced that it will conduct large-scale hiring in tech fields?including development, security, and project management (PM)?to build an AI- and digital-centered travel and leisure ecosystem. Successful candidates will receive a congratulatory bonus worth 5 million KRW.
Nol Universe has previously stated its plan to become a global AI platform that enables domestic and international users to plan and experience every aspect of leisure within the Nol universe through its services such as NOL, NOL Interpark, Triple, and Interpark Global. In March, during 'Nol Tech Day,' the company introduced technological innovations such as an AI-based ticketing monitoring system and facial recognition authentication for venue entry. In July, at 'Google Cloud Day Seoul,' Nol Universe partially unveiled its 'AI Package Concierge' (working title) service, which recommends travel destinations based on inputted information such as number of travelers, flight times, and travel purposes. With this large-scale recruitment, Nol Universe aims to accelerate innovation in the leisure market.
The positions available are in development, security, and project management. Applications can be submitted through the official Nol Universe recruitment website and major recruitment platforms. Developers will participate in areas such as leisure, accommodation, entertainment, service development, and system design. Security specialists will be responsible for technical operations, vulnerability assessments, threat response, and policy management to protect information assets. Project managers will work not only on enhancing domestic accommodation, entertainment, package, and airline services, but also on user experience research. Applicants will go through a sequential process including document screening, coding tests, interviews, and salary negotiations. Successful candidates will receive a 5 million KRW congratulatory bonus.
