Park Sung-hyun to Compete in Jeju Samdasoo Masters Starting on the 7th
Also Set to Play in OK Savings Bank Eutman Open in September
Ten Career Wins on Domestic Tour, Seven on US Tour
Overseas player Park Sung-hyun will compete in domestic tournaments for two consecutive months.
On August 5, Park Sung-hyun's agency, Sema Sports Marketing, announced, "Park Sung-hyun will participate in the Korea Ladies Professional Golf Association (KLPGA) Tour tournaments in August and September." Park Sung-hyun will play in the 12th Jeju Samdasoo Masters, which will be held on August 7 at Cypress in Seogwipo, Jeju Island, with a total prize fund of 1 billion won. This is the first regular tournament of the KLPGA Tour's second half. Having a large domestic fan base, she will compete for the title against KLPGA Tour players.

Following the Jeju tournament, Park Sung-hyun will participate as an invited player in the KLPGA Tour OK Savings Bank Eutman Open, which will be held for three days starting September 12 at Adonis Country Club in Pocheon, Gyeonggi Province, with a total prize fund of 1 billion won. Park Sung-hyun recorded a total of 10 wins, including one major, on the KLPGA Tour before joining the Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA) Tour in 2017. In the United States, she has achieved a total of seven wins, including two majors.
Park Sung-hyun's most recent victory was at the 2019 LPGA Tour Walmart NW Arkansas Championship. She has struggled since a shoulder injury. This year, she has competed in 11 tournaments but made the cut only twice. She finished tied for 29th at the ShopRite LPGA Classic in June and tied for 18th at the Dow Championship.
