Yuhan Corporation Donates 150 Million KRW Worth of Hygiene and Daily Necessities
to Support Flood Victims Nationwide
Yuhan Corporation announced on August 1 that it will provide hygiene and daily necessities worth 150 million KRW through the Korean Red Cross to support residents affected by nationwide heavy rainfall.

This support targets disaster victims in 15 cities and provinces across the country, including Gyeonggi, Gyeongnam, and Chungnam, which suffered significant damage from the torrential rains. The initiative focuses on providing practical assistance to improve sanitary conditions and daily convenience after the flood damage.
The donated goods consist of a total of seven items, including Yuhan Bleach Mold Remover and the eco-friendly kitchen detergent ‘Afore’. The package is centered on cleaning and disinfecting products necessary for flood recovery, ensuring practical items that consider the health of disaster victims through hygiene management and mold prevention. These supplies will be delivered sequentially to affected residents in the disaster areas via the Korean Red Cross.
Cho Wookje, CEO of Yuhan Corporation, stated, “We decided to make this donation in the hope that it will provide some support to neighbors who have lost their homes and are facing hardship due to this unexpected disaster,” and added, “We will continue to fulfill our social responsibility as a company that contributes to the safety and well-being of the public.”
