Tving Expands Short-Form Content Business with Launch of 'Short Original'

Releasing Titles Including
"Shut Up, You Are the Villain of My Work"

Tving announced on the 29th that it will launch "Tving Short Original" next month. These are short-form contents, each episode lasting 1 to 2 minutes, exclusively planned and produced by Tving. Based on concise development and highly immersive storytelling, the series is expected to cover a wide range of genres in the future.

The series will begin with four short dramas, each with different themes and genres. "Shut Up, You Are the Villain of My Work," which will be released on the 4th of next month, is a suspense revenge drama about a victim of school violence who becomes a famous drama writer and encounters the perpetrator, now cast as the lead in her work. Actress Park Yoona, known for her roles in "SKY Castle" and "Hotel Del Luna," stars in the drama.

Also premiering on the same day, "The Killer Next Door" stars Cha Hakyeon, leader of the group VIXX and actor, alongside model and actor Kang Lihan. The production team includes producer Yang Jungwoo of tvN’s "The Dictionary of Useless Knowledge" and writer Jung Bohun of "Prison Playbook." On the 18th of next month, "I Will Repay Adultery with Adultery" and "Me, Myself, and I" will be released simultaneously.

To celebrate the launch, Tving will offer all short-form content released this year for free. A representative stated, "With Tving’s unique production capabilities, we will embrace diversity in both genres and formats, and lead the expansion of the domestic K-content industry."
