Wolseong Nuclear Power Headquarters: Save Energy and Receive a Gift

Wolseong Nuclear Power Headquarters (Director: Jung Wonho) will conduct the "1kWh Reduction Campaign with KHNP" for residents of the Donggyeongju area from July 28 to September 30.

This campaign was launched to encourage voluntary energy-saving practices in households during the summer electricity peak season.

The campaign is open to residents living in Gampo-eup, Munmu-daewang-myeon, and Yangnam-myeon in Gyeongju. Residents who wish to participate can bring their electricity bill to the Wolseong Nuclear Power Promotion Center, verify that their electricity usage for the current month is lower than the previous month, and receive a prize.

In addition to paper bills, participants may also bring digital bills, management fee statements, or any other form of verification that shows a reduction in electricity usage compared to the previous month. Only electricity bills issued in July, August, or September 2025 (excluding nighttime electricity bills) will be accepted, and each household may participate only once.

Wolseong Headquarters will continue to do its best to promote a culture of energy conservation and the practice of carbon neutrality together with the local community.
