On July 28, Seoul Mayor Oh Sehoon attended the signing ceremony for a business agreement with Taebaek City to address educational disparities, held at the video conference room of Seoul City Hall in Jung-gu, Seoul, and delivered a greeting. Through this agreement, the two parties will jointly utilize the Seoul Learn platform to provide high-quality online learning services to 500 local youths.
