National and Basic Pension Benefit Account Changes Now Available via Busan Bank App

BNK Busan Bank announced that it has launched a "National Pension and Basic Pension Benefit Account Change Service" through its mobile banking application to enhance financial convenience for senior customers.

This service is provided for customers who wish to receive their National Pension or Basic Pension payments in their Busan Bank account instead of another financial institution. Customers who wish to use the service can apply through the "National/Basic Pension Account Change" menu within the Busan Bank mobile banking app.

Previously, changing the pension benefit account required complicated procedures such as accessing the relevant institution's website, contacting a call center, or visiting in person. With the launch of this service, pension account changes can now be made more quickly and conveniently. Customers who find it difficult to use the app can also visit a nearby Busan Bank branch to receive assistance from staff.

Shin-Sik, head of Busan Bank's Personal Customer Group, stated, "This service was designed to make the financial lives of senior customers easier and more convenient," adding, "We plan to continue expanding customized financial services for senior customers in the future."
