Gimcheon City gave a presentation under the theme "ALL IN ONE Child Care in Gimcheon City: From Birth to Upbringing." The city's effective policies, such as establishing care clusters, expanding public postpartum care centers, and implementing customized birth support measures aimed at achieving a total fertility rate of 1.5, received high praise.

Gimcheon City plans to use this achievement as an opportunity to further strengthen the transparency and accountability of pledge implementation and to continue pursuing practical, action-oriented municipal administration that citizens can truly experience.

Gimcheon Mayor Bae Nakho said, "This award is the result of faithfully fulfilling our promises to citizens and thanks to their active cooperation," adding, "We will continue to implement pledges that citizens can trust and realize Gimcheon as a city where it is good to have and raise children."
