The purpose of this agreement is to enhance transparency and fairness in the contract processes of educational institutions under the Sokcho Yangyang Office of Education, thereby establishing a culture of integrity in contracts and revitalizing the local economy. Through the S2B system, the Credit Union will create a transparent procurement environment and continue to provide various support and efforts based on ongoing cooperation with educational institutions, so that a culture of integrity in contracts can take root in the education sector.

Lee Sangmok, head of the S2B project, stated, "This agreement will serve as an opportunity to make the contract and procurement processes in the education field more transparent and to promote the use of local businesses. We will do our utmost to increase the S2B utilization rate by actively conducting user education and promotional activities."

The Korea Teachers' Credit Union has previously signed business agreements to promote S2B utilization with 17 metropolitan and provincial offices of education and 15 education support offices nationwide. In January 2023, it officially launched the 'Local Contract Platform S2B' for local governments, thereby expanding the number of participating institutions and enhancing its status as an electronic procurement system.
