Changwon Special City to Hold Briefing Session on Support Plan for NC Dinos to Build Public Consensus

A Venue for Gathering Citizens' Opinions to Be Held on the 31st

Changwon Special City in Gyeongnam will hold a briefing session at 3:00 p.m. on July 31 at the Gyeongnam MBC Hall to announce its support plan in response to the requests sent by the NC club to Changwon City on May 29, and to gather citizens' opinions regarding this matter.

This briefing session is organized to form a preliminary consensus on the support plan by collecting a wide range of opinions from the general public, baseball fans, and the media, based on Changwon City's support plan for the requests made by the NC club.

So far, Changwon City has conducted multifaceted consultations and communication to establish a practical support plan, focusing on the NC Win-Win Cooperation Task Force (TF) launched on June 9. These efforts have included gathering opinions from local National Assembly members, holding a plenary meeting of city council members and related standing committee briefings, organizing meetings with provincial council members, and coordinating with Gyeongnam Province and the Gyeongnam Provincial Office of Education.

During the briefing session, there will also be a time for open communication with citizens regarding Changwon City's support plan related to the NC club's requests, and anyone is free to participate.
