The donation, which was voluntarily collected by the institute's executives and employees, will be used by the Korean Red Cross to provide emergency daily necessities and to restore the living environments of residents affected by the heavy rain.

Heo Chang-eon, President of the Korea Insurance Development Institute, said, "We hope this small contribution will offer some support to neighbors experiencing difficulties due to the unexpected heavy rainfall," and added, "We sincerely wish for a swift return to their daily lives."
