Jeongeup City to Recruit Participants for Second Session of Fitness Improvement Class Starting July 28

Three Sessions: Morning, Afternoon, and Evening
First-Come, First-Served for 90 Participants

Jeongeup City in North Jeolla Province will begin recruiting participants for the second session of the "Fitness Improvement Class" at the Jeongeup Physical Fitness Certification Center starting on July 28.

According to the city on July 25, this recruitment is being organized to promote scientific fitness management and health improvement among citizens. The program will be held over a total of eight weeks from August 4 to September 29 at the Jeongeup Physical Fitness Certification Center, located on the first floor of the Jeongeup Sports Training Center.


The Fitness Improvement Class consists of three sessions: morning, afternoon, and evening. Each session will accept 30 participants on a first-come, first-served basis, for a total of 90 participants. The program includes strength training using small equipment such as resistance bands and foam rollers, aerobic exercises, and stretching to improve flexibility. Participants will also receive scientific fitness assessments and personalized exercise prescriptions from professional staff.


Participants are expected to assess their fitness levels and develop healthier lifestyle habits through systematic management. Applications can be submitted online after registering as a member on the National Fitness 100 website. Applications are also accepted in person at the Jeongeup Physical Fitness Certification Center or by phone.


A city official stated, "We will continue to operate the Fitness Improvement Class so that citizens can manage their health through more professional and systematic exercise programs," and added, "We hope for the interest and participation of many citizens."
