Urgent Call for Special Disaster Area Designation

On July 21, it was announced that, following an emergency expanded executive meeting held in the small conference room on the second floor of the Hapcheon County Office in Gyeongnam, all departments urgently deployed public officials to the affected areas to investigate the damage status, carry out emergency restoration, and provide public support activities.

Previously, County Governor Kim Yooncheol personally visited the disaster sites from the early morning of July 19, inspecting flooded homes and washed-out farmland and comforting residents. During the meeting on July 20, he again emphasized, "Investigate all affected areas thoroughly and begin restoration immediately."
