Magramin Liquid Double Action is a magnesium and vitamin B complex supplement that is effective for physical fatigue, reduced stamina, and muscle cramps. It uses 'magnesium glycerophosphate' as its active ingredient, which is easily absorbed by the body and has fewer side effects such as diarrhea. The dosage per stick has been increased to 2,400 mg (300 mg as magnesium) based on the recommended daily nutrient intake, so users only need to take one stick per day, enhancing convenience.
Larapose is an arginine supplement indicated as adjunct therapy for symptoms of mental and physical fatigue, as well as during recovery periods (such as amino acid deficiency states). It contains a complex of arginine and aspartic acid?both amino acids involved in cellular energy metabolism and hormone action?in the form of L-aspartic acid-L-arginine hydrate (5,290 mg).
