Cerebrovascular diseases are closely connected to chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and hyperlipidemia. They are considered representative emergency diseases that can be life-threatening if treatment is delayed after symptoms appear.

During the lecture, Dr. Lee will explain in an easy-to-understand manner the causes, symptoms, and preventive measures for stroke and cerebrovascular diseases, as well as the importance of early diagnosis and treatment. The lecture will also include practical prevention tips that can be applied in everyday life, which is expected to draw significant interest from local residents.

After the lecture, there will be a Q&A session where citizens can communicate directly with Dr. Lee, providing an opportunity to address any questions they may have had about brain health.

Kang Daehwan, Director of Haeundae Bumin Hospital, said, "Cerebrovascular diseases often go undetected in the early stages because the initial symptoms are mild," adding, "I hope this health class will encourage citizens to reflect on their own health and raise awareness about prevention."
