Shinsegae Live Shopping announced on July 17 that it will be selling a 3-night, 4-day Ulleungdo cruise tour package to coincide with the peak summer vacation season.
The package is centered around tours of Ulleungdo and nearby islands. Departing from Pohang, travelers can enjoy the sea, sunrise from the cruise ship, and onboard performances while traveling on a large cruise vessel.
The itinerary includes major tourist attractions such as Dokdo, Gwaneumdo, the Underwater Observatory, the Taeha Monorail, and the Suto Museum. Local Ulleungdo specialties such as mussel and barnacle bibimbap, barnacle kalguksu, Ulleungdo home-style meals, and thistle hangover soup are also provided. This is a package product that includes guide fees and traveler insurance, with prices starting from around 490,000 won per person.
This package will be available through Shinsegae Live Shopping's TV broadcast and mobile application (app) until the end of October. Starting with this cruise package, Shinsegae Live Shopping also plans to sell Ulleung County's local specialty products through its app in the second half of the year.
