Pre-registration Begins in August
Gwangju Bank announced on July 15 that it had signed a business agreement for the introduction of a retirement pension welfare platform at the Gwangju Bank headquarters, with Kim Sungjun, CEO of SK M&S, and Im Yangjin, Deputy President of Gwangju Bank, in attendance.
Through this agreement, Gwangju Bank retirement pension subscribers will be able to access a wide range of products and services in areas such as travel, leisure, recreation, shopping, health management, hobbies, and self-development at specially discounted prices via the "Gwangju Bank Retirement Pension Customer Exclusive Beneffia" platform. The main services will provide tangible benefits, such as discounts on domestic and overseas travel, preferential health check-up services, and lowest price guarantees for online shopping.

Pre-registration for the platform will be available starting in August through the Gwangju Bank website, Gwangju WaBank (application), and mobile web banking. After pre-registration, customers can sign up for Beneffia membership and begin using the services in earnest one week later.
Im Yangjin, Head of Trust Division at Gwangju Bank, stated, "This agreement marks the first step in expanding additional services for customers using Gwangju Bank's retirement pension." He added, "We will do our utmost to further broaden the scope of cooperation between the two companies and to establish ourselves as a leading financial institution in the local pension market by providing a variety of customized services."
