Emphasizing Hydration and Consistent Sleep
An American middle-aged man has become a topic of conversation after losing 11kg in just 46 days. The diet method he used was not a gym membership or training with a personal trainer, but rather the conversational artificial intelligence service, ChatGPT.
According to media reports on July 14, American YouTuber Cody Cron, who lives in the United States, was struggling with discomfort caused by weight gain. He sought help from artificial intelligence (AI) and managed to lose 11.4kg, reducing his weight from 95kg to 83kg in about a month and a half.
ChatGPT did not recommend drugs like Wegovy, but instead suggested a regimen of regular meals, a healthy diet, appropriate supplements, and exercise. The meal plan consisted of two whole-grain meals per day, with a prolonged fasting period. It also prohibited eating after 5 p.m. and recommended excluding processed foods, sugar, oil, and dairy products from meals.
For supplements, ChatGPT recommended products containing creatine, beta-alanine, whey protein, collagen, magnesium, and other clean-label performance enhancers. As for exercise, it advised working out six days a week, every day at 6 a.m., for 60 to 90 minutes. It also emphasized getting enough sleep and drinking 4 liters of water per day.
Cron stated, "I became embarrassed about my physical condition and decided to make a change, so I sought help from AI (ChatGPT). For 46 days, I relied entirely on AI for training, meal planning, and recovery management, and the transformation was shocking. Without a professional trainer, I was able to transform my overweight body into a fit one using just an AI tool."
