Next Securities announced on the 14th that it has appointed Choi Hongmin, Executive Director of Corporate Management, and Kim Kicheol, Executive Director of External Affairs, as new inside directors.

This decision aims to include internal members who can contribute to the company's strategic decision-making on the board of directors, as Next Securities accelerates its ongoing new platform business initiative.

Choi Hongmin has experience at global consulting firms such as McKinsey & Company as well as domestic securities firms, and is currently in charge of business operations and strategy at Next Securities. Kim Kicheol has built expertise in external affairs through his career at media outlets such as Maeil Business Newspaper, and is currently overseeing external affairs at Next Securities.
