Hanwha Investment & Securities Publishes Guidebook for Individual Investors, "The Skills of the Wealthy"

"The Skills of the Wealthy" presents asset management strategies tailored to the life cycle of individual investors, centered around the message: "Use your body in your 30s, your mind in your 40s, and your time in your 50s." The Investment Strategy Team at the Hanwha Investment & Securities Research Center restructured this book based on the investment strategy report of the same name published in February, adding specific examples and actionable plans.

"The Skills of the Wealthy" defines wealthy individuals as "those who possess both economic freedom and self-esteem," and emphasizes a structural approach: generating earned income by leveraging human capital in one's 30s, securing financial income through asset formation in one's 40s, and planning life after retirement based on asset income in one's 50s. The book also draws attention by including concrete examples that reflect the timing-specific characteristics of real investors and office workers, such as career choices, entrepreneurship strategies, and extending employment.

Hanwha Investment & Securities CEO Han Doohee, in his recommendation, stressed, "The focus should not be on what to invest in, but on how to invest," and emphasized the importance of an investment attitude that is not swayed by prevailing trends.
