Penang, Malaysia, is a region where advanced industrial complexes and medical device clusters are concentrated, making it a favorable location for domestic manufacturers to export. The area is also equipped with logistics infrastructure such as Penang Port and an international airport, allowing for a variety of export strategies, including the export of intermediate goods and parts.

In particular, Malaysia is playing a key role as a global supply chain hub due to its government-led smart manufacturing innovation policy.

Park Kyungseo, Director of International Trade at Gyeonggi Province, said, "This exhibition will be a great opportunity for Gyeonggi SMEs to diversify their export markets amid the ongoing global trade war," adding, "Gyeonggi Province will do its utmost to help companies pioneer new export channels and revitalize the local economy."

Companies wishing to participate can apply through the exhibition website (kbrandweek.com).
