Customers visiting food and beverage outlets within Sofitel Ambassador Seoul can make payments using QR codes through BC Card's lifestyle finance platform 'Paybook' and the 'Npay' application.

After launching the app on their mobile phones, customers simply need to present the QR code generated during payment at the food and beverage facilities.

This implementation is an extension of the ongoing collaboration among BC Card, Npay, and KT Estate in the field of simple payment solutions.

Last year, the three companies introduced QR payment at Novotel Ambassador Seoul Dongdaemun, which is also operated by KT Estate.

Looking ahead, they plan to expand QR payment infrastructure to other KT hotels, including Andaz Seoul Gangnam and Le Meridien Seoul Myeongdong.

To commemorate the establishment of this infrastructure, BC Card will hold a 'Paybook QR Payment 30% Discount Event' at food and beverage outlets within Sofitel Ambassador Seoul until August 31.

The maximum discount is 100,000 won. Payments made with regular plastic cards are excluded from the discount benefits.
