At the event, Kim Ji-yoon, director of the USTORY Research Institute, gave a lecture on the importance of work-family balance and communication.
Lee Min-geun, Mayor of Ansan City, stated, "Active participation by companies is essential for the culture of work-family balance to truly take root," and added, "We will continue to create a city where both businesses and workers can be happy by fostering cooperation and communication between the public and private sectors."
