The Korea Housing Association and the Seoul AI Foundation, an organization under the Seoul Metropolitan Government, are collaborating to utilize artificial intelligence (AI).
On the 8th, the Korea Housing Association announced that it had signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Seoul AI Foundation to advance the housing construction industry through the use of AI.
Through this MOU, the two organizations have agreed to cooperate in various areas, including: collaboration for the creation of a sustainable smart residential environment; sharing of AI data and information related to housing and urban issues; and joint discovery and support of AI-based community and urban regeneration projects.
Jaesik Kim, Executive Vice President of the Korea Housing Association, stated, "Recently, the housing industry has been introducing various facilities to enhance residential convenience by utilizing advanced technologies such as AI. If this MOU creates a platform for exchange between the housing industry and advanced technologies, it will make a significant contribution to the innovation of the nation's residential culture."
