Gwangju Shinsegae Introduces Seasonal Ingredient Desserts for Summer

Gwangju Shinsegae Co., Ltd. (CEO Lee Donghoon) announced on July 8 that it is introducing unique desserts made with seasonal ingredients such as watermelon and Chodang corn to celebrate the summer.

At the Noted store on the basement first floor of the main building, the company is offering watermelon hwachae and watermelon juice, both featuring watermelon, the representative fruit of summer.

The watermelon juice is made with 100% Jeju-grown watermelon, while the watermelon hwachae is a sweet and refreshing dessert that includes Yakult, fruit cocktail, and coco jelly. The Chodang corn cream donut features savory Chodang corn cream and is topped with roasted corn, offering a variety of textures.
