NH Nonghyup Bank announced on July 7 that it began operating a generative artificial intelligence (AI) platform, which is applied across its entire business process, on July 4.
This platform is NH Nonghyup Bank's proprietary AI system, developed in collaboration with LG CNS, based on the bank's financial data and business experience. Unlike general-purpose AI, it is specialized for financial operations and is designed to be immediately applicable in the field by reflecting customer needs.
Key features include the "Knowledge Information Search Agent," which enables real-time searches of internal regulations and product information; the "Retail Sales Support Function," which suggests consultation language tailored to individual customer characteristics; the "Corporate Finance Personalized Recommendation Function," which recommends suitable policy funds for corporate clients; and the "Digital Assistant Function," which supports UX writing, document summarization, and email sending.
NH Nonghyup Bank plans to further enhance automation by introducing agent technology that enables AI to independently plan and execute tasks. The bank also intends to advance its accumulated AI data and experience from the field, expanding the platform's usage across the entire Nonghyup Financial Group.
