Supporting Management Efficiency Improvement Through Management System Diagnosis
Gimpo City, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Kim Byungsoo), announced on July 3 that it is recruiting companies to participate in the '2025 Social Economy Enterprise Capacity Building Consulting Support Project (Phase 2)' until July 24, in order to promote the sustainable growth of local social economy enterprises.

This project provides specialized consulting support in various fields to help social economy enterprises located in Gimpo City address management challenges and advance their management systems.
The areas of support include: accounting and taxation, human resources and labor, cooperative management, public procurement, intellectual property acquisition and certification, marketing, branding, investment attraction, and measurement of Social Value Index (SVI). Each company can receive up to three customized consulting sessions.
Companies wishing to participate can apply via email (lmh0102@korea.kr). A total of 12 companies will be selected through a document review process that comprehensively evaluates the need for consulting, the potential for problem-solving, and the applicability of management practices.
A Gimpo City official stated, "This consulting initiative is designed to help social economy enterprises overcome management difficulties and strengthen their ability to respond to industry trends and policy changes." The official added, "We plan to provide active support so that companies can establish mid- to long-term strategies and grow into sustainable organizations with self-sufficiency."
