Park Jongbong of Dong-gu District Council Facilitates MOU Signing for Dental Care Support for Low-Income Seniors
On July 2, Park Jongbong, a member of the Dong-gu District Council in Daegu, facilitated the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MOU) for joint partnership and mutual cooperation between Royce Duckyoung Dental Hospital and three senior welfare centers in Dong-gu, including Kangdong Senior Welfare Center, represented by Director Lee Daejoo. The purpose of the agreement is to support dental treatment for low-income seniors in Dong-gu who are in welfare blind spots.
This agreement is the result of Park Jongbong's ongoing interest in addressing welfare blind spots for the socially disadvantaged in the community and his efforts to design a public-private cooperation model. It is expected to provide practical assistance to seniors who have difficulty accessing dental care.

Under the agreement, dental consultations and treatment will be provided to approximately 50 seniors, with around 10 individuals selected from each welfare center. In addition, the parties plan to continue various community contribution activities in the future.
At the signing ceremony, Park Jongbong stated, "In Dong-gu, there are many seniors who postpone treatment for oral health problems due to financial difficulties. Through this agreement, I hope to reduce the gap in access to medical care and create an opportunity to make a real difference in the quality of life for vulnerable seniors. I will continue to take the lead in providing ongoing support and attention for seniors in our community."
