Wang Jin Seo, floor leader of the party, along with lawmakers Jang Sik Shin and Kyu Geun Cha, visited the National Policy Planning Committee located at the annex of the Government Complex Seoul in Changseong-dong, Jongno-gu, Seoul, and held a ceremony to deliver policy tasks.

After the ceremony, Floor Leader Seo told reporters, "We trust the president's commitment to prosecutorial reform," but added, "Given the recent personnel appointments and the prosecution appointments that took place yesterday, there is growing public concern about the government's direction and commitment to prosecutorial reform."

He continued, "In this situation, I suggested that the National Policy Planning Committee should proactively announce clear details and direction regarding prosecutorial reform to actively address public concerns," and added, "I also stated that the committee should take the initiative to organize and announce prosecutorial reform plans, including the establishment of a Public Prosecution Office and a Serious Crimes Investigation Agency, and Chairman Han Joo Lee expressed his agreement with this view."

Regarding the plan to reorganize the Ministry of Economy and Finance, he said, "We explained the direction of separating the Budget Office and placing it under the Office of the President," and added, "If the budget function is to remain within the Ministry of Economy and Finance, we also requested that this be reconsidered."
