Intelivix, a Generative Vision AI Specialist,
Joins Forces with Isak Engineering,
an Industrial Automation Technology Provider,
to Target Indonesia's Smart City Market
Intelivix, a company specializing in generative vision artificial intelligence (AI), announced on July 2 that it had signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) for strategic business cooperation with Isak Engineering, an industrial automation solutions provider, on July 1.

Through this agreement, the two companies plan to combine Intelivix's AI technology with Isak Engineering's expertise in Internet of Things (IoT) industrial automation solutions for smart factories, to jointly develop market-tailored package products targeting Indonesia, such as smart cities, regional integrated control centers, and smart farms.
The two companies are currently jointly participating in the Indonesia ITS smart city pilot project and will also take part together in the Indonesia IT exhibition to be held locally in August, carrying out joint marketing activities aimed at meeting the demand for AI solutions.
In addition, they plan to cooperate in various areas, including the development of AI solution packages customized for Indonesia, creating synergies by utilizing local networks and resources, establishing a technology-based strategic partnership, and discovering joint projects.
Isak Engineering, a listed company, is an industrial automation specialist covering smart factories, smart cities, and smart energy industries. Intelivix supplies its proprietary generative vision AI control platform, 'Gen AMS', to public and industrial sites, based on its unique technology that integrates generative AI and vision AI.
Intelivix is currently developing a quadrupedal safety patrol robot (physical AI) and is accelerating its entry into overseas markets with high demand for smart cities, such as Japan and Southeast Asia.
