IS Dongseo announced on July 1 that it has sold its entire 79.2% stake in its affiliate, BTS Technology, s.r.o., to IS Eco Solution through an over-the-counter transaction for 32.224 billion KRW. The company explained that this move was made to vertically integrate its secondary battery recycling business.
