"Setting Standards for the Recruitment Industry in the Era of Digital Transformation and AI"
JobKorea announced on the 30th that CEO Yoon Hyunjun has been appointed as the second president of the Korea Vocational Information Association.
The Korea Vocational Information Association is a private consultative body in which about 20 major recruitment platforms, including JobKorea, Saramin, Incruit, and Albacheonguk, participate. It was officially launched in June 2023. With his inauguration as president, Yoon is expected to lead key initiatives for the advancement of the domestic recruitment industry and the creation of a healthy employment ecosystem.
Yoon is recognized for enhancing JobKorea's platform competitiveness by developing proprietary generative artificial intelligence (AI) and introducing advanced job matching services. With his appointment as president of the association, he plans to proactively respond to changes in the recruitment market and strengthen the platform's role as a responsible player.
Under President Yoon's leadership, the association plans to promote a variety of initiatives, including: advancing policies to maintain order in the employment market and develop the industry; expanding cooperation with public institutions; protecting personal information and certifying vocational information providers; operating employment service consignment projects; and providing education and fostering talent for new market entrants.
Yoon Hyunjun, the newly appointed president, stated, "Together with the association's member companies, I will strive for balanced development across the industry and actively pursue institutional improvements to respond to technological changes such as AI."
