This campaign was organized to raise awareness about the importance of cancer pain management and to provide information on the appropriate use of painkillers and self-management methods, so that patients and caregivers do not fear pain.
Medical staff, including Hospital Director Han Changhee, and volunteers participated in the event, operating an information booth to explain the prevention of misuse and abuse of painkillers, as well as proper administration methods. They also distributed promotional items to visitors to raise awareness about pain management.
Vice President for Spiritual Care Father Lee Sanghun said, "I hope that through this campaign, many patients will be able to escape from pain, improve their quality of life, and even heal their hearts."
