Lotte Construction Wins 416.7 Billion Won Songpa Garak 1st Hyundai Apartment Reconstruction Project

866 Units to Be Supplied at "Munjeong Le El"

Lotte Construction announced on June 29 that it has secured the reconstruction project for Garak 1st Hyundai Apartment in Munjeong-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul. This marks the second high-end "Le El" branded complex to be introduced in Songpa-gu, following "Jamsil Le El."

This project involves reconstructing the Garak 1st Hyundai Apartment area in Songpa-gu into a complex consisting of eight buildings, each with four basement levels and 21 above-ground floors, totaling 866 units. The total construction cost is approximately 416.7 billion won. "Munjeong Le El" will be the second "Le El" branded complex in Songpa-gu, following "Jamsil Le El," which is part of the integrated reconstruction of "Jamsil Miseong·Clover" in Sincheon-dong, Songpa-gu.

Lotte Construction has proposed a design for "Munjeong Le El" that includes an extra-large community center and specialized landscaping. The complex will feature a sky community with views of Lotte World Tower in Jamsil, community facilities spanning approximately 2,200 pyeong, seasonal theme gardens, and three walking trails totaling 1.5 kilometers in length. The company also plans to apply its landscaping brand "GREEN X GROOVE." Commercial facilities, including street-type shopping areas, will be established outside the complex.

The educational environment is also a key strength. Munjeong Elementary, Middle, and High Schools, as well as the autonomous private high school Boingo, are located nearby. The area is also rich in green spaces, with parks such as Gaerong Neighborhood Park and Olympic Park in close proximity. Daily living infrastructure is well established, with facilities such as Garden Five, Lotte World Mall, and Garak Market nearby.

The transportation environment is excellent as well. Subway Lines 3, 5, and 8 are all within walking distance. In addition, the Suseo Station transfer center complex development project, which will serve both the GTX-A and SRT lines, is planned. There is also convenient access to the Dongbu Expressway and the Seoul Metropolitan Area 1st Circular Expressway.

A Lotte Construction representative stated, "We have incorporated the construction expertise that Lotte Construction has accumulated over the years into the Garak 1st Hyundai Apartment housing reconstruction and maintenance project," adding, "Following 'Jamsil Le El,' we will complete another premium landmark complex in Songpa-gu, delivering innovative residential value."
